Data Deletion Request

What this page is for

If you connected your Facebook or Meta account to Tablfy and would like us to delete the data associated with that connection, you can request deletion here.

This page exists to fulfil Meta's platform requirements and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What data we hold from Meta

When you connect a Meta Business account to Tablfy, we store:

• Your Meta OAuth access token (server-side only, never exposed to the browser)
• Ad performance data pulled from your Meta Ads Manager (spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, and conversion events)
• Your Meta Business account ID and ad account IDs

We do not store your personal Facebook profile, friends list, messages, or any data from personal Facebook usage.

How to request deletion

Email us at admin@getbookings.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

• The email address linked to your Tablfy account
• The Meta Business account name or ID (if known)

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once complete.

What happens when we delete your data

• Your Meta OAuth token is revoked and permanently deleted
• All Meta Ads performance data associated with your account is removed from our database
• Your Tablfy account (if applicable) and all associated restaurant data is deleted

You can also disconnect Meta at any time from within Tablfy under Settings → Integrations, which immediately revokes our access token without needing to contact us.
